How to Polich Aluminum Parts

1. For deep gashes or scratches use a 180 Grit Fiber disk.

2. Use 400 Grit Sandpaper

3. Next, 800 Grit Sandpaper

4. Next, 1500 Grit Sandpaper

5. Next, 3000 Grit Sandpaper

6. Next, 5000 Grit Sandpaper, also called Polishing Paper (3M)

7. Polich using 3M or Blue Magic polish. Use only a soft polishing wheel

8. Wash w/ soap and water. Dry with a micro fiber cloth.

9. Apply 2 coats of synthetic wax (3M) to protect it. Make sure to use SYNTHETIC wax.
